What is then? Deleted or not deleted because you can restore the data?

@ondrej probably should have stated something like
Your customer account has been disabled and brought offline. All associated data will be removed in 48 hours. You can still change your mind and restore your account within 48 hours grace period after which all data is irreversibly deleted.
