I'm looking at designing and building a custom flatbed for my truck/camper combo. I usually wing things but thought it would be neat to use CAD (only #freesoftware ). Seems like #freecad might be the answer here. Any recommended tutorials out there from regular users?
@shom @rbrown Just wanted to 2nd the tutorials from @MangojellySolutions as a great way to get spun up on freecad. They provide a really great mix of content and video length, ie not too long and not too short. #freecad
@rbrown #freecad can look intimidating at first but it's excellent for parametric modeling. Which I imagine you'd like to do so you can change hey dimensions in a spreadsheet and hand the model update it everywhere.
