Last time I tried Matrix for e2ee group chat it was a bit of a usability nightmare, even with the Riot/Element app. What's people's experience been recently-is it ready for small org (~30 ppl) use?

@eloquence call.element.io is the much better next-gen video call stack. It will be a while until it's integrated, though
