Seitan-mushroom roast with wild rice stuffing. This was more time consuming than most meals I cook, but 2/3 of it is being frozen and will be easy meals later. #vegan #willcooks
@whami freezing it is the right move, that way it will not consume time when you needed. just pop it out of the freezer, microwave or fry it, and eat.
You should make a video or a recipe on how to do it. Now, I am interested. 😀
