@puffinux I am 15 mins into the video. Idk how poor are the people in those areas, but something I've learned is that we do not drink tap water. It might be that it is the government responsibility to provide drinkable water, but I have known that they are corrupt. Buy filters of water. And don't give tap water to the babies, it is that simple. Being poor is a state of mind, if you have a farm, you are not poor. And yes, there are other factors I know, I'm just saying this much.
