Dude, @realnewz247 question, do you use #fedilab as your android app? Because if you do, there is a way to follow entire servers on their public time line without the need of subscribing to them. I thought you might want to know that. :D

I am replying to a couple of instances on the fediverse. One of them is gabfed.com. I am telling you man, it works. I think it is no longer free in the #android market, but if you download #fdroid you will get it for free.

I just replied to a few on gab dot com. But it won't let me touch on their accounts. Says something about fetching.

Look I am following 3 instances. You can see it at the top. I just click on reply and it works for me.

I think if you click on the toot it'll fetch but if you click on the reply button it'll work just fine. It does it for me. Let me know how it works.

On the first pict you are going to noticed that I am following a couple of entire servers at the top. I highlighted in red. I am not subscribed to them.
On the second picture you are going to noticed that I am replying to a person that I am not followingon the fediverse.
On the third pic I am sending a toot on a person on a different instance than my which I am not following.

So here what I discovered with some tapping. I go to the other instance i have saved in the upper bar. I can look at the timeline.
If I tap the avatar or thread I get a message saying "fetching" but nothing happens.
If I tap the reply arrow, I can reply and the toot gets posted. If I tap the person's avatar AFTER I post the reply THEN I can see their account. I can then follow them from there.
It would be better if I can access their account BEFORE I reply. That way, I'm not replying to some weirdo. Some avatars from other instances are only elephant heads. Not sure if their image is not coming through.

I am using an LG-H932 Rev.1.0. I have noticed that from time to time someone from a different #Mastodon instance post something and it is really hard for the app to show the conversation. For some other post on other instances, it does get the whole
conversation. I don't know if you need to know more anything else. 🤔 ✌️

In fact only clicking profiles doesn't work as expected. I introduced a regression when I wanted to fix the issue with Pleroma. But the comment from @eddiediamond gave me the idea how the app should act for avoiding conflicting issues. So thanks, but it should be ok :)
