Right when I hit the send button, the SMS app crashed. Now I'm not sure if the message has actually been sent or not :/ It was a really important SMS, too. I think that's been it for me. No more #SailfishOS... I'll just get an Android or an iPhone next time around...

I've been dealing with a plethora of little annoyances on my phone lately.

In the past I've used Maemo, MeeGo, Android and now SailfishOS. I've even had FirefoxOS and WebOS devices at times.

The only device I truly enjoyed was the N900. Palm Pre was OK but also too late :(

I tried Android several times and never really liked the user experience.

Now that purchasing a new phone is imminent, I'm starting to flirt with the idea of getting an iPhone.

@vimja I #loveN900 , still have mine, even without updates there is application that I can find anywhere else... I #loveN9 too, probably even more... I miss those 😥 My PalmOs too, especially Graffiti. I'm feeling both sad and old right now 😅

@egermond I still have a couple of N900s around. Haven't used them recently though.

I used the N9 for a long time but never really warmed to it. The lack of a keyboard turned the console into a pretty poor experience. Plus it being a dead platform on launch, the selection of apps never seemed quite as appealing as on the N900. Beautiful hardware for sure though :)

@vimja @egermond having the pinephone at hand it doesn't suck at all. Not a daily driver jet, but i like it already.
Ok some usecases are very unlikely to come, but hey, its a start :-)
