My #BreadAndBarter was too successful. I don't have any bread for myself! 😂
Time to experiment. The usual rustic white sourdough but with hydration reduced by 5%. Also another variation on shaping based on pulling the dough out into a rectangle before folding in.
Looking good so far and a nice easy dough to work with. 👍

I've had those for about five years. They came as a set of two and were sized as 10 inch. I think I got them from Amazon at the time.
