My #BreadAndBarter was too successful. I don't have any bread for myself! π
Time to experiment. The usual rustic white sourdough but with hydration reduced by 5%. Also another variation on shaping based on pulling the dough out into a rectangle before folding in.
Looking good so far and a nice easy dough to work with. π
