Weird. So this 2006 core duo MacBook pro was able to boot to debian 12 installer, install that os.

But when booting, hangs here. What am I missing?

@codemonkeymike Debian was missing something such that I could not install it on a 2010 MBP, but Ubuntu based distros worked. If it’s a similar type of issue would be interested to try a different distro
