Are you saying Stoller is not on fire, then?
While this is obviously this is out of my lane, I've been reading Stoller for nearly two decades and his work has helped me think more clearly about a universe that's fairly opaque to me as a humanities teacher, now laid off, and a slightly elderly wannabe grad student.
@Eohippa @pluralistic I guess I would just say that Stoller is telling a particular narrative, and sometimes I feel like he omits things or twists them a bit to fit that narrative. I’m not saying to stop reading him, but just that it’s worth to read others as well :)
