Hey, commenters on various red, orange, and green themed websites, as well as randos on Fedi? You can stop replying to my posts with "but $y is broken for me on $not_asahi", thanks.
I'm here to improve the experience on Apple Silicon (with a particular focus on KDE). That means fixing platform-specific bugs as well as general bugs that happen to affect our platform.
I'm not here to be free Desktop Linux tech support for the entire internet. If you're having issues, talk to the developers responsible. Linux isn't perfect (tell me about it, why do you think I'm fixing so many bugs that do affect our platform?). I can't fix that. I dedicate my time and energy to one platform only, because that's all I can afford.
So if you're having problems with another platform, don't extrapolate that to ours. And if you think Y is better than Z because it works better for you on some other platform, again, that in no way means you can extrapolate that experience to Apple machines.
