@1br0wn This is pretty disingenuous coming from Tim Wu. He was at the FTC when FB/IG was cleared. He wrote in 2013 defending the FTC’s decision to settle a Google investigation, “In the end, as corporate defendants go, Google was pretty clean.” He makes it seems like positions he held in the past are incomprehensible for anyone to hold.
