I saw my instance go down, and realized THE ENTIRE SSD WAS FILLED WITH TEMPORARY FILES

@iska something similar happened to me on a VPS, only it is files in /var/log you could manage the source of the problem but i prefer to just write cronjobs that delete such files after a week or whatever

There is logrotate that automates it a bit.
AFAIR, originally a Debian tool, but you can use it anywhere — I'm using it on my Void machine to handle nginx logs.
