For real? I've alway been wondering how if every parameter is identical, do they switch to winter time on a different day? ๐ค
When they've abandoned switching to DST for Moscow, I just switched to Abu Dhabi in OS that could not be updated, but then they've changed it again โ to permanent +3 ๐ฉ
