YouTube detected I'm in Dubai and now it's force-feeding me "Dubai Actually Sucks!!!" videos, there's like five on the front page

@sun @arcana @lain @pesekcuy it's funny that it's much easier to open a business in the UAE today than it is in the EU or the US of A. At least, as a foreigner.

@lain @arcana @pesekcuy @sun they have no personal income tax. Corporate profits are taxed at 9% flat, except the first 375k AED (0%). There are special conditions for foreign banks, oil industry, and other stuff.
