I said it before and I'll say it again:

"AI model learns, therefore it is intelligent" is like saying "programs run, therefore they have legs."

Metaphors like "program runs" or "model learns" are useful, but are just that: metaphors.

Drawing conclusions on the basis of such language is folly.
