@m0xee When using plenty of Black & White Thinking style (ie. OR logic, and 10-30 pcs. other unhelpful styles, which overlaps B&W), result is unhelpful rumination and depression IF ...

@m0xee ... brains are more compatible ("expanded frontostriatal salience network") with B&W thinking style before start of the rumination.
