Techno-optimism is dead, Pajeets are largely to blame but it doesn't help matters that a good deal of CEOs think offering shitty new features that no one wants is a good strategy to corner their respective markets. People just want things to work at the end of the day, and lately they just haven't.

@PraxisOfEvil I haven't been optimistic about anything technology related since 2013 or so. I tried to find a device without a rechargeable battery that just worked from AC power and couldn't because of the acceleration between stupid consumers and chinkpajeet tech.
