My cats are used to being leashed: social.librem.one/@m0xee/11276
Leashes act as safety net to prevent them from falling out 😸

@m0xee

omfg these are some rare cattos :3
havent seen this exact fur pattern, what are they called? can you pls tell them that i said that they are beautiful :D

@m0xee

way back when I was still hanging on to the proverbial rocker, i wanted to get a leash for my cat so it would be possible go outside with my catto buddy and just chill in different places 🐈

then i opened my eyes and it was 5 years since i had found my cat a new home... idk what happened in the meantime. lots of things that didnt make enough sense to remember, i guess 🫠

i low key hella miss having my catto buddy who gets me though :catjam: another nice thing i shoulda appreciated more

(although who am i kidding, i appreciated the hell of everything that happened the past ~decade or so. still do. at some point it just stopped happening. zero fkin idea what to do about that...)

@unspeaker
Yes, they are very pretty 😻
The fur coat is a variant of the Siamese cat, but mine have no tails. To be specific, the smaller one has a little tail, the bigger one doesn't have any at all — he's somewhat of a bnuy 🐇

This isn't considered normal even for this breed, but that doesn't prevent him from being a very nice cat, doesn't have any health implications, he just can't take part in exhibitions and all that — not that I ever intended anyway.

@unspeaker
This breed is relatively new: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mekong_B
They are very intelligent, they can even be trained to bring things — like dogs. Mine mostly bring their toys when they want to play or hide stuff when they are feeling mischievous 😼
That bigger fella likes stealing the filter from the drain in the shower and hiding it in the other room — but the most devilish part: he proceeds to place the cover back on the drain after he takes the filter out, so it would take me time to notice 😹

@m0xee

heheh sneaki boi 😼

wikipedia:

>Mekong Bobtails were among the ... 200 royal cats gifted by Chulalongkorn [to Nicholas II]

Chula like "greetings esteemed colleague, observe as I have brought you a gift of 200 cats which are your problem now, bye"

though I assume if you already live in palaces, 200 more fluffy cattos probably aren't the worst thing to have around :3
