Tall, skinny, gaunt, hes 28 and his only job has been painting custom signs.

He almost cost me $90 in unwashed tools, dropped a paint brush in a bucket of paint and kept painting with it without cleaning it off and then lied to me (told me my office manager said we paid cash).
