Yes, very likely, but that report is from the #BBC .
It's a slippery slope - next they'll be misspelling colour, metre and travelling, then where will we be?!

I'm Russian, but I'm so fond of British spelling: colour, behaviour…
My spellchecker always highlights these words, but I insist! So much better than US ones 😆
