Kazakhstan does way better job than it could — true, they are still a major transition point, but they aren't the country of origin of those goods.
Some European countries do a much worse job with their due diligence checks, supplying even components used for production of heavy weaponry. Israeli network equipment plays a crucial role in Interner censorship in Russia — I find it extremely hard to believe that they can't figure out real destination where their equipment goes.
