I think I started brushing my teeth less since I have started using electric toothbrush because it vibrates when two minutes are over 😅
So I wouldn't worry much about that article, it's most probably targeted at people who do it for less then two minutes. I don't know why these people do it at all — some kind of ritual? Because it's as good as not doing it at all. Maybe they just love eating toothpaste 🤷
