French newspaper Libération cites anonymous Western intelligence sources (yes, them again) claiming that Prigozhin has been in Moscow since July 1 and met directly with Putin plus National Guard chief Zolotov & spy chief Naryshkin. 🤔 https://www.liberation.fr/international/europe/apres-deux-semaines-de-flou-evgueni-prigojine-se-trouve-a-moscou-20230707_LC26ATKX2BHFXMKAKX43X5S5RQ/
Seems pretty wild to me, but Tatiana Stanovaya shared this story. https://t.me/stanovaya/1669
@kevinrothrock Stanovaya loves these theories of internal struggle, conflict of Kremlin towers and all that.
So no surprises for me here 😁
@kevinrothrock I see. I don't have a slightest idea of what's going on then. It all could've been staged of course, but the goal remains unclear. And of course some very clever and well carried out plan is what I expect from these people the least. The most straightforward explaination doesn't seem plausible too, Putin is too stubborn playing macho-man, he would have never admitted any negotiations.
