Another UI/UX no-no. Please don't ship your apps this way.
That "Warning" symbol is actually a button. (I have beef with this too since it doesn't look like a button but I'll save that for another moment.)
The issue is that when you try to click it, it shifts because hovering over that area row brings up the disclosure triangle.
Buttons should never shift around like this. It's infuriating to the user.
File this under "not attention to detail."

@marioguzman O-oh! I can't express enough how I hate this kind of things! 10.4 era UI was so calm, modern UIs are all bout this: colors shifting, transparency levels changing, UI elements jumping around like crazy… It's such an eyesore Hate it! 😩
