what i've heard about windows 12:
- it's going to be AI focused
- it will most likely have greater system requirements than windows 11, potentially including a hardware requirement for a chip specifically to power the AI features
- it will likely be deployed in late 2024
- it will have a floating taskbar
- microsoft is considering making it a cloud only subscription based operating system
it's also fair to assume it will have more telemetry which will be powered by AI, as well as more advertising integrated into the operating system based on past trends, it will also likely mean windows 11's EOL will be in around five years or less
keep in mind none of these things have been concretely confirmed by microsoft, but they've been hinted towards
