@useless_idiot It looks nothing like such operation IMO, false flag would have very clear goals, but this… Literally everyone is in worse position they were in, except probably Lukashenko. Putin looks like he can't control one of the significant armed factions. And Prigozhin looks like he had no idea what he was getting himself into, making it look like he voluntarily backed out at the point made zero sense and he has lost control over a lot of businesses that brought him money and influence.

Yeah, I wasn't talking about anything specific, just pointing out a common reasoning flaw.
Lukashenko might be worse off as well, as he has a problem he might not be capable of handling. I think powerful Russian enemies of Putin promised Prigozhin their help, and then decided it wasn't the right moment.
