@m0xee @furgar i think when eaten. It has a tendency to flake off in food. I also think maybe it's manufacture uses harmful chemicals that can be very hard to remove from the environment.
@m0xee @thatguyoverthere @furgar I had a url that explained exactly why but I can't find it, be it teflon or other plastic they're all very dangerous as they don't decompose and only shred into finer and finer particles that sadly end in the living cells of anything. Micro and nano particles of plastics are everywhere and are carcinogenic and disruptors or many cellular processes for humans, it's even found in placenta now.
So yes teflon is incredibly bad, it should not be used and the people who have been selling it have had knowledge of that since the 60s and should be prosecuted.
@m0xee @thatguyoverthere @furgar yeah its awful stuff. its used in printers because its able to take high temperatures but we don't om nom the printables.

in food.. it leeches.
