I assume, budget is quite limited if one lives in such "apartment" so you have to do it quite often instead of eating out. Okay, one can get away without proper stove and use something the size of portable gas range, but… My kitchen is bigger than the room in the picture, still, the heat is sometimes hard to stand, if it was smaller, and there were no other rooms, I'd just choke in there.
