there are plenty of Tex-Mex places in Oslo, but they don't have hard tacos. closest thing you can get to a hard taco would be nachos, but it's not quite the same. the only way to get hard tacos is to buy the kits from Santa Maria or Old El Paso and make them at home, which always makes quite a mess in the kitchen.
