@alex I call sin/cos functions regularly but I rarely have to think about how they work internally (apart from how precise a particular algorithm for them is)
@alex although higher level stuff that depends on them I do have to think about (fourier transforms and spherical harmonics etc etc)

@m0xee I could not tell you although it was likely computer generated by feeding in a piece of cursive, and the fourier series was fitted to it with some specified margin of error. I would be surprised if it matched the original exactly
