@gemlog Sure, to each their own, but I think Thinkpads are an acquired taste actually. I would've never got one for myself had they not been corporate standard for laptops at one of the companies I worked for. It definitely wasn't love at first sight, but they eventually grew on me and I learned to appreciate a lot of what seemed like a weird design decision first. The exterior is also off-putting, although I knew a girl who thought the rubber-coated bastards of T4x era were sexy 🤭
