2.0.0 is here!

* Configuration: ini to toml, so you'll have to redo your config.
* Multiple accounts in the same window. tut -u "acc1 acc2".
* Internal editor for text. You can still use $EDITOR if you want, set it in your config.
* open-custom now has key hints instead of 1, 2, 3, 4.
* More options for timelines in your config.

I like how streamlined the built-in editor is, although I'll definitely be using #vim, because... vim. ;)
Also thanks for the snow-white theme. Very clean. I was using a modded paperwhite theme and wasn't looking forward to converting it to toml. Now I don't have to. :D

#FeatureRequest: a hotkey (like Shift-E) to trigger the external editor, so we can still type things out and enjoy the live Chars left count in the int. editor, but still hit up vim for heavier editing. :D
