Later, in fstab I think. Never tried it because I don’t think the benefit is that great but you’re looking for extra speed. Journaling is good if you lose power.

Arch Linux
ext4 with journaling disabled
ratpoison window manager for less bloat
linux-nitrous kernel because its optimized for haswell chips
Mitigations turned off

And rebuild everything with -O3 -march appropriate for your CPU, and enable link-time optimization.
Something's probably going to segfault every now and then, but yeah, performance πŸ˜…
