I think Proton is okay with torrents, they even provide port forwarding on some servers to speed things up.

@swaggboi Oh IPv4/IPv6? No, they don't have v6 unfortunately.

@m0xee Yeah I’m using PIA but they’re IPv4 only also. Beginning to run into issues as I’m now experimenting with IPv6-only services…

@swaggboi I'm using Proton on my proxy to avoid censorship and I have a separate tunnel from Hurricane Electric for IPv6 stuff — works well, I've configured Squid to prefer IPv6 and fallback to Proton tunnel for IPv4, but I didn't try that with torrents. They aren't against piracy in Russia, so my seedbox is just connected directly.

@m0xee @swaggboi proton is cool with it so long as you buy any monthly plan. It won't let you on the free plan
