@Developer Memes I feel somewhat offended by the placement of Python. Really, PHP or SQL as a higher level language? ๐ The author must have some kind of special hate for python.

Either he hates a lot of languages or I don't see any system behind that at all. How did pascal get lower than C, what is perl doing down there? Or whatever that camel stands for. Why is go on the same level as typescript? Erlang is a high-level language with advanced threading/concurrency, how did it get there?

The criteria he uses is a combination of ease of use combined with what would be the most motivating to learn in terms of what you can build as well as popularity amongst new beginners, job opportunities etc.
