@acid_bong@im-in.space Seeing one online is definitely the way to go, some of my friends here in Moscow do that even if it's possible to see therapist in person. Try looking for one abroad, in this case language becomes a problem and it might get pricey though 🤷
Self-help books do help to get your thoughts in order, just don't push yourself too hard and don't try to follow every single advice on your first read, maybe you'll start seeing some system behind it on your second read and it'll get you going.
