@david You may as well hide the "add bookmark" star if there is no way to access bookmarks using mouse only 😅
Mine also had the new tab plus sign hidden, but that is debatable.

You can make one yourself, go to hamburger menu (you should unhide it first🤭) and go to More Tools → Browser Toolbox, then pick any element to wish to hide in web inspector like you do with regular web pages to find its CSS class or id.
Writing these CSS descriptors might be tricky, but nothing's impossible. This should probably do the trick:
-button-box {display: none !important;}

Just append it to your userChrome.css
