This looks like the third hearing is underway, and what I underlined reads "Date isn't set" — for the third hearing.
In fact it passed already, now it has to be approved by the upper house and "the president".

It wasn't about surrendering only. Refusal to go to army — not arriving at a rally point on time, deserting, refusal to carry out orders can get you sentenced for up to 15 years. Same as for murder.

@vyivel This option is no longer on the table, unfortunately we blew our chance long time ago. The riot cops are numerous, well organized, armed and brainwashed — they'll shoot without giving it second thought. People on other hand are unarmed, unorganized, some are brainwashed by propaganda.
Mil. personnel (esp. untrained) isn't the only issue, they don't have enough military equip./ammo/tanks for this personnel to be effective. This war is lost anyway, but many will still die before it ends😭
