So, fun fact: "Reopen Closed Tab" in Firefox doesn't open the tab that was closed most recently. It opens the tab that has the most recent timestamp in Firefox's tab history.

This is an important difference when your Windows install has a weird bug that auto-sets the time forward four hours when you log in, and you've finally, after 24 hours or so of being logged in, gone in and changed it to the correct time so the relative timestamps you can see ("4m ago" etc.) look correct.

Do you have a second OS installed?
I have an old Mac Pro, I use Boot Camp to run Windows on it and when I reboot to Mac OS X, then back to Windows, my clock is several hours behind. That's because Mac OS X (and Linux) store hardware clock in UTC and Windows expects local timezone.
Maybe you have something similar 🤷
