So if I'm understanding this correctly, half of the people who have watched the new LoTR series hate it because the cast isn't diverse enough and the other half hates it because the cast is too diverse?

@anarchiv All the complaints I've heard so far are about poor pacing, like really long character introductions AND lots of meaningless characters at the same time. You know, like in 100 years of Solitude where the character has a name, some backstory, but appears on this page only and most likely never comes back.
Also, review censorship, rating censorship… Nothing about diversity.
