@avdi This is such a grim view of how people value their time, even before you add in overutilization. There needs to be a sea change in how people view their self-value in the professional workspace. We need the COVIDesque kick in the head that many of the "minimum wage" earners experienced. Our share of the wealth is decreasing rapidly. Professional unions will be required in the current system to stay afloat, or the system has to change. We should all just take the summer off.
