@ludicity What source do you have that says the "Black Team" wasn't real? Peopleware isn't the only book to talk about them.
@lwriemen Sounds very familiar! I know they did either Slack or Peopleware, and I've read both. I thought they were both solid anyway, though I disliked the use of clearly fabricated stories to lend arguments extra weight. (The "Black Team" story is taken very seriously in some places despite being obviously not real.)
