Bizarre bugs in Ubuntu 24.04 -- here's one that's just weird:
My default web browser is Firefox. But when I click on a link in Signal, it opens Vivaldi. (Other apps do Firefox.) There is no way this should be happening, but it is. Going to uninstall Vivaldi and see what happens.
Many other bugs -- I'm regretting having upgraded, even to the .1 version, at this point.
@dangillmor On Debian, I've seen apps that have a browser setting in a /etc or /home/<user>/.config (or .local/share) file, but they are mostly command line apps. Handy if you want to override the default for a specific app.
