My wife said this represents the two of us, so I think I found the spot for my calculator.
@kyle I have that Monroe! Mine has only a small knob, not the crank, because it is intended to be run with an internal motor. I keep it in my office as a University instructor, and one of the kids pushed All The Buttons and it's jammed up right now, but before that unfortunate incident it was still working.
@elb You should take it apart and fix it! Or else give it to me since it doesn't work and all... ;)
@elb I took mine apart this weekend to fix a stuck key (see my timeline for a picture) and was able to unstick things with a small screwdriver, a cotton swab and some oil.
@kyle A little bit of solved fixes most ills with these old calculators, in my experience!

@kyle Haha, yeah, I'll fix it. It's kind of hard to get to the guts (dunno if you've had yours open) because of the keyboard, but I'm assuming there's some sheet metal part in there I just need to un-catch from its neighbor.
