Frequency with which something somewhat significant is wrong with your delivery food order:

I read as 31% of folks this happened recently to.

I wouldn't mind, I always tip well. Easy to blame delivery folks; it's generally the restaurant staff, either mis-reading the order, or when I switched to going to collect myself; in many cases interpreting the order in some way I'd not expressed.

Lets hope we get replicators soon.
