btw got locked out of my hotel room yesterday because the battery in the "smart" lock died.

more and more, tech does not seem to be improving my daily life.

@gregpak Has happened to me too, but on initial check-in. They actually moved me to a different room because they didn't have a way to fix/charge the battery.
