@fredds uh, if you are who I think you are (since we only have your mastodon username to go by, and the year of your order) we did tried to contact you regarding the shipping of your Librem 5 order.

And we received no reply at the time.

Maybe there was an issue with the email at one of the ends at the time.

I would ask that you send an email to support[at]puri.sm with your order number so that we can clear this situation.
