Why was somebody filming the water tower in the middle if Trumps speech? Also, what is the angle from Trump to the tower as compared to the known shooter? Could the "water tower shooter" hit Trump's ear without hitting him in the head? I am not buying it yet.
Looks like it was video from some stationary camera. Just caught in the background.
